ah, movement

I am so happy my back is (nearly) normal again. I spent the last week doing nothing but sit. Short walk from apt to car, car to office, and back again. NOT. COOL. I could literally feel myself getting fatter (and the scale proved it). I need to be living my active lifestyle.

So I might have overcompensated today. Walked to and from work, to yoga, then grocery store, then home again. And it was great to be back at yoga after a week away. I didn’t go all out, for fear of re-injuring myself, but it was still a success.  I’m really happy to be back on my feet and moving again. It feels so good!
