This was only the second Easter I didn’t spend with my family. I didn’t really know what to cook, due to living on my own and all, but I was strangely in the mood for challah. Of course it was also Passover, and challah is certainly not Passover-friendly, but I was going to satisfy my craving.
So to honor Passover, I also made homemade matzoh ball soup. It was delicious! Although I need to get better at making soups. The balls themselves were great!
